Calvin University

The Calvin University Nursing Pin was designed by the Class of 2004. Its colors are maroon and gold, the colors of Calvin University. The symbols are the cross, the lamp, the triangle, and the heart and hand. The cross represents the Christian faith and dedication to Christian nursing. The lamp is symbolic of the profession of nursing. The triangle represents our dependence on God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The heart and hands are Calvin's motto, "My heart I offer to you Lord, promptly and sincerely." The letters BSN represent the Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree which has been earned. May all who wear this pin remain dedicated to the rebuilding of Shalom. Please note: All pins will be shipped bulk with no charge for shipping to Calvin University Nursing Department prior to your Commissioning Ceremony.

The Order Deadline Date is Friday, April 5, 2024..There will be a $8.95 shipping fee per order added to late orders.

Engraving:  Engraving is included in the pin price and includes three initials and the year. Example: HLH 2024. Please enter three initials and year in the boxes provided.

Late Orders: If your order is placed after the deadline date above, your pin will be shipped directly to you and may not arrive prior to the ceremony date. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your pin to be manufactured.
